Does any one have an issue with shoot someone you aim down site or hip fire and your gun doesn't fire up close battle ? I'm trying for figure out why the gun wont fire? is it a server thing not sure just looking for some insight

Mine fires. It fires hitmarker after hitmarker of bullets that never damage their target. Trade?
