Massive Input Lag

I have tried every graphic setting I can think of, but no matter what every match I play has random spikes of massive input lag. My character will get stuck running in a direction after I stop touching the keyboard, or will refuse to move when I want to. I often get stuck running right out in front of the enemy team and cant do anything about it. Its not my internet, everyone else in the game continues on around me when this happens. Latency is low, ~20. 0% packet loss. Some cpu spike but they aren't consistent with the input lag.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I started getting lag spikes today, either its a EA problem or a problem with NVIDIA's 591.74 driver.
