Reasons IGLA-Rockets missed the target:
Flares
Rocket just flies straight to the ground
Rocket hits *insert object* (because it descend instead of following the target)
No Reason
Jet -> barrel role
Jet just flies a little bit faster
Jet just flies a little bit slower
Don't feel like hitting today
Who the f**c build it that way? Helicopter fires flares, continues to ascend straight up, 200 m distance, IGLA locks on, shoot... MISSED. WTF

I had ZERO issues doing the challenge, I literally don't understand the issue. I even enjoyed it, but I've always been great at anything anti-air, so.
It works AS INTENDED.
I've had it re-lock to multiple targets as It says it can and more.
