Why is there such a massive difference? And isn't that just scamming people? I know it's not intentional but still you don't get what you paid for.
Who ever made the advertisement picture. He or she knows how a cool skin should look like. They should get that person involved with the actual moddeling of the skins because 90% of the skins are kinda meh. I bet the sales are pretty bad.
