Cheaters gonna Cheat

First off...who cares. I do, and from all the posts I've read many others do to. Every time someone calls "cheat", someone else says "get good, there are no cheats".
PCs have been fighting multiplayer hacks (mostly from other PCs) since the beginning of shooters. Cheats are in every game, and no one wants to be cheated. Nearly all AAA titles come with cheat detecting software. Must be a reason for this...
1. Any software that helps you aim has long been known as a cheat/hack. Just because the devs have sanctioned it, does change that fact. You have software aiming for you...Maybe it is just helping you a little...still a hack.
And that is ok, you should be able to hack your game anytime you want. You should not be allowed to hack mine.
I am investing my time in this game, and I am the only one who gets to waste my time for free. Hacks are a waste of my time. Who do I send this bill to?
There is no logical reason for PCs not to have the option to turn off playing with consoles.
The silence is deafening on why you still have not enabled this option for all platforms. And, before you go into, "but this" and "but that"... here are a few points
One argument that may be real (still want to see myself) is that PC lobbies won't have any players and queue lines will be overly long. On this I call BS.
1. PCs have been populating servers since way before consoles, and we are the best at it.
2. So What. Let us deal with that.
3. I would wait an hour, or more, not to play with hacks.
4. I would pay a subscription, not to play with hacks. (you could get most real players to pay that, if you could really stop the hacks). It would be like paying for another game every year just in the subscription. Hell (that's right I said it), I would pay more, maybe much more. How about I pay for three ultimate game packs worth of subs each year. I'm in.
5. Consoles can use KnM. It is a better interface. As I would never play a shooter with a console controller, someone please check on this. Google says they can, but are they any good? Why would you play on a subpar system and interface. Correction: I do know someone who would like the option to use a console controller with PC, they should have the same options.
6. If you want to play a hacked game...good. You should be able to, but I should not have to.
The next "Real" FPS that gives PCs the option to turn off cross play will be the new king of them all. This is what the "new" game Devs/Corp (Cod, BF, etc.) are really worried about. The loss of revenue from consoles and the casual gamer. Shooters are popular, and fun, and of course they want that extra console money.

In Reality no one will be in a console lobby on a real shooter. Why would you play on a subpar system and interface when you don't have to. Yep, call it out and you will usually hear "get good boi" or similar until you are drowned out. In time you get worn out and become desensitized and stop trying to call it out. This is known psychologically as "learned helplessness". The story of the boy that cried wolf is a story of desensitization. The boy cried wolf when there was no wolf, the towns people came and found no wolf. After several times he wore them out. Then the wolf really came, he cried wolf, no one came, the wolf ate the sheep. The people had become desensitized.
This would be the inverse of that story. You legit sense BS, you call it out, and get trolled and clowned.

Because people stop clowning and start getting real when real money is involved. WHO is going to pay a lot of money just to troll or cheat? Especially when there is a possibility that disciplinary actions could be taken for their efforts...

You think the Anti cheat is useless right? So you have nothing to be afraid of. You can just cheat freely. You will be able to beat other cheaters this way, and not getting banned anyways right? It's a win-win for you I guess...
But let's be real here, you would never do that because deep down you know exactly that what you say it's bs, and that the anti cheat works just fine.

20 years ago, PC was not for online play. (Okay, maybe the sega dreamcast) we were on dial up, and no platforms were compatible. There was no multiplayer games to speak of, unless you were at a LAN party. Anyone go to one of those? Yeah, I'm Ancient.
So yes we wanted it all then, and still do. Our cake and eat it too (what is the problem). These are games. In competitive games, you normally want to face an opponent who has the same pieces that you do on the board. That makes it fair, and the only thing that separates players is skill in the game. When it is fair on both sides, then it is a real competition.
I would expect Anti-cheat software, as a whole (not just BF6), to be better. It is their code, and they have all the data. The program/devs know the microsecond that you fire your weapon, the exact direction and velocity of the round, and where the weapon was pointing when it fired. Oh and let's not forget the stats. Maybe we need AI Anti-cheat...maybe there is some use for AI after all.

I've played for +200hrs, and I've only come across 1 blatant cheater. Everyone acts like there's cheaters in every match. Ya'll must have some bad luck or something.

I've seen how the anticheat worked fine when the same player literally chased me all over the map, found and killed me. The little guy ass got burned and he decided to get back at me.

I have no real opinion here, but what I would like to add to your last statement. - NO we need input based matchmaking, there are a lot of people playing with controllers on PC.
Consoles are not to blame, just the input method.
Realisticly 20 to 35 % of pc players arre using controllers now.

this game had the biggest ban wave in history if the developers are not lying......and i would say they are not as all the hackers posted proof the bans were by passed in 3 days.....
then we have console players with methods that "cant be detected" when USB ports and HDMI ports talk to the host device to say what they are.....
we now have people running AI on PC's that control the consoles to give undetectable hacking options....
BEFORE javelin cross play was at a good balance (in 2042 before it was used as a test bed for the new garbage)
