How do I fix it? I've tried verify files 2x works only once then when I close the game and start it next day again stuck with the loop. I can play only if I start the game from BTF2042.EXE files as administrator

Open the EA app and goto the 3 bars top left. Click on app recovery and hope that helps.

It works once but I have to do it every time I want to play it so it workd normal otherwise still same endless loop
Try deleting your corresponding 2042 EA Folder in your Documents. This will force it to recreate it and hopefully fix the bug.
