unplayable ping in every server ONLY BF1 HAS THIS ISSUE

no matter what region i play in even north america with a 50 ping server whenever i load in the game gives me 150+ ping all the time and i literaly am unable to move reliable shoot connect hits or even swap weapons and equipment.
Halo MCC, Monster Hunter, Darksouls PVP (1, 2, and 3) Elden Ring PVP, Titanfall 2, Team fortress 2, left 4 dead 2, Dead by Daylight, Minecraft multiplayer, and Garrys mod all run perfectly fine at a steady 45 ping at MOST.
ONLY battlefield 1 is giving me this diareah internet performance and its making me regret my purchase even though it was on sale for $4.
is there something i can do to fix this or is the game just holding together on a prayer?
(note i CAN NOT use an ethernet cable in my current living situation)
