RULES:
Trades accepted for cards of equal or slightly higher market value.
If Steam Guard isn't enabled, two extra cheap cards should be given, since there is a 15-day waiting period.
Trades priced below the market rate are limited to a maximum of one per card, provided the price is not excessively low.
