Appeal for False Ban – Battlefield 1 Account Wrongly Marked for Cheating & Game Boost Tools

I am writing to sincerely appeal the ban applied to my EA account, which restricts my online access to Battlefield 1. According to the ban notification, my account was flagged for cheating and using game-enhancement tools, but I solemnly state I have never violated EA User Agreement or Positive Play Charter in any way.
I am a long-term loyal player of Battlefield series, I spent hundreds of hours on Battlefield 1 and purchased all game content legitimately with my own money. I fully support EA’s anti-cheat policy and totally understand that strict anti-cheat measures are necessary to maintain fair matches for all players. I never have the intention to gain unfair advantages over other players.
After carefully checking all my game environment and running programs on my PC, I confirm:
1. I never downloaded, installed or launched any cheat, aimbot, wallhack, macro, memory modifier, game boost tool, third-party game enhancement software of any kind. No unauthorized hardware controller adapters or modified peripherals are used by me.
2. I only run official software when playing BF1: Steam, EA App, standard system drivers, legal recording software like OBS (only for personal gameplay recording, no game process injection). All other background programs are daily office, media playback tools with zero relation to game memory modification.
3. My in-game stats and performance are completely normal without abnormal high kill rates or impossible operation records. All my combat skills come from long-time daily practice, no artificial assistance at all.
I suspect this ban is a false positive judgment triggered automatically by anti-cheat system. Possible causes may include normal background process misjudgment, temporary network fluctuation leading to abnormal game data telemetry, or compatibility conflicts between system software and Easy Anti-Cheat. None of these equal intentional cheating behavior.
I have secured my account fully: changed account password, enabled two-factor authentication, and scanned my whole device with antivirus software to eliminate hidden risky programs. I guarantee my future gaming environment will always fully comply with EA’s rules.
I invested lots of time and money into this game, and I really love Battlefield 1. Being banned without any actual violation makes me extremely upset and disappointed. I respectfully beg your team to manually recheck my account log, game session data and anti-cheat scan records, verify this is a wrongful false ban, and lift the restriction on my Battlefield 1 online access.
