Hi, I downloaded and installed this game weak ago. played for 5h. but after that when I lunch the game, the EA "preparing game" come in my screen but after that only EA app lunch without going to game. what should I do???

Lunch the EA before lunching the game. So that when you lunch the game, it will lunch because previously you lunched EA before lunching the game. Happy Lunching!
When you launche the game,follow these steps.
1)Open Steam
2)Run the EA app and launch the game from there,not through Steam.
