Battlefield need votekick system

Cheaters, griefers, useless dreadnoughts: the votekick system solves all these problems. Well, maybe not all of them, but you get the point.
In the game's current state, if there are 20 snipers on your team, an enemy snipes you while flying around like a damn Homelander, and that one idiot occupies a tank slot with his arty truck, your only option to enjoy the game is to change the server. Which, let's be honest, will most likely solve nothing since most servers look exactly the same. Players need a real tool to deal with these problems.
And don't even get me started on players kicking "innocent" players. If more than half of the server wants to kick you, you've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up one way or another.
