Buy BF1 Rev. for upgrade base game from Origin

I have previously play BF1 directly from EA launcher and it's looks like I only got the most basic game when claim it from Origin or Amazon reward or something like that.
Well, some specific map are restricted when the champaign game mode do map rotation. So, does purchase the BF1 Revolution could upgrade when link the game key from Steam to existing EA account??
