Battlefield 1 "Activate game on your computer"

I decided to reinstall this game after about 10 months, and it wants me "activate this game on your computer" despite already owning. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and the EA app. I have deleted the licenses. Uninstalled and reinstalled (as well repaired) EA Anti cheat, logging in and out of steam as EA, repairing Microsoft Visual C++, and various other things to try and get this game to work and nothing. Any ideas?

I tired this before and tried again, nothing. Did you launch the exe itself (thats what I did) or did you reopen the launchers.
