Have 5070ti i9 285h laptop, used to get 200 fps locked, now cant get over 70
Check out your directx version and render scale.
Should not be set to directx12 and not higher than 100% (preferably) respectively.
also turn off steam video recording in the background. i turned that off recently and have been locked at 240fps
Thanks, turned out my render scale was set to 200%, turned it back down to 100
