Error inst-14-1603

Hi everyone, I have a problem installing the EA launcher. When I try to install it through Steam or manually, I get error inst-14-1603. Trying to fix this, I've reinstalled all Visual C++ packages, all .NET packages (I also enabled .NET), tried clearing the temp folder, searched the registry for the ProgramData string, unchecked the “create a desktop shortcut” option, ran the installer as administrator, and also repaired the system using the commands “sfc /scannow” and “DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth”.|
Please help - my summer holidays just started and I can’t play Battlefield 1
