Does your screen support an height of 1200?
It does not support 1600x1200 in Fullscreen mode, (not on my 1080p monitor anyway) I left it at 1600x1200 and disabled Fullscreen; which can be disabled below the resolution setting in the menu. The etconfig.cfg shows Fullscreen = 1 and resolution is 1600x1024, though the menu shows 1600x1200 and Fullscreen is off.
