Look for weirdly named PK3 files in etmain and mods folder (beginning with zzz or ~~~ for instance), and remove them

You need to do what M@tEo$ said find the .pk3 files in your etmain folder associated with that server and delete them. There is no way top block servers from the list I would recommend finding the few you like add them to your favorites and just show your favorite list.
