i joined some random server and now i have a ww2 nazi helmet mit some logo on my main menu and have fortune son playing on loop help (sry for bad english)

Look into your etmain and remove any PK3 having weird name (like zzz_ or ~~~)
ETL offers some protection regarding that polluting files, you should check it out
