i thought steam would have atleast eliminated this problem but nope still fake servers redirecting players to other servers.....
the AUS server "xp save" is one of them it redirects you to an american server

Are you trying the ingame server browser? Hit refresh a few times and let it populate, there were 2-3 AUS servers (based out of SYD) last couple of nights on release - played few hours on them, ping around 25-50. Watch out for that BOT server though... gee, AI=MAX_ATTCK! lol

yeh tried that mod but no AUS servers sadly so i just play on US servers with 300 ping

no not ingame i was replying to the link he sent me to a website that tracks serves unfortunately it doesnt track AUS servers in game it seems there are only 3-5 aus servers all empty or only bots and 2 of them are fake servers that redirect players to US servers

2 of those 5 servers are fake redirect servers 2 are modded servers and all 5 regardless are always empty only have bots
i would suggest you to join the oceania ET discord community and try to play on their events. There are just not enough players there to populate public server
