Et legacy connection interrupt

Hey I tried couple of servers like muppets etc, got around 80 ping, and in every server, even when theres only like 20 players I got a lag spike with the message "connection interrupt' every 10 seconds or so.. any idea what can fix that?
I forward the ports of et and closed my firewall but it didn't help.
