Are you looking for ETQW Steam gift? ETQW was pulled from Steam before Steam inventory was a thing. You better check physical copies on Amazon or eBay.

Sadly no, its a used copy (retail keys cant be activated in steam), but it works, you can create multiple users with one key (but only one online at the same time).
