I know many people love this game, as so do I, but I have also found another game that gave the the similar feeling which is the indie title 'Angles Fall First '. After playing for a bit (Despite it being two even playing field reguarding weapons and technology) that 'Quake Wars' escq feeling despite both teams having equal weapons and technology. I'm using the Beta Branch that launched recently with a better HUD so it looks much cleaner, has anyone else tried it out?

seems interesting but I rather prefer to wait for full release; early access is not something worth investing unless you have unlimited time and resources.
Enemy Territory: Quake Wars
is still functional; players are able to play with around 32 players at peak times. Yeah, not having ETQW digitally is a bummer but it is available on Amazon and eBay for 5-10 bucks anyway.
If you are looking for a somewhat similar experience (without vehicles though),
Nuclear Dawn
would be better choice.

Thanks for more suggestions! I do agree with your belief about early access as well. When the full game releases (I think mod tools will release) then it could be amazing with misdeed who want the 'Human vs Alien' scenario. I have played the fist game and it's well, and I will be getting a physical version from Amazon soon.

Yea playing it more the feeling goes away. It felt like the human side got all the futuristic technology and broke into 2 factions post alien war.
