Help Retrieving ETQW Account

Hi! It’s been a long, long time and I am attempting to retrieve my account. I have my Game Key and I am looking for a way of retrieving my account name by email or the game key. Anyone have any clue how to do either? The In-game option isn’t helping. TY in advance!

There is no master server, meaning the game and all accounts are invalid.
