For some reason I cant claim the secert. I have exposed it but can not collect the cup for the secert to be counted. Anyone know how to fix this?

If you mean Cursed Sands, I had to move around and jump, duck, etc to collect some of the secrets. It took just a few seconds and it worked every time. I'd suggest just keep trying. Maybe the developers can fix the sensitivity of collecting them? I'm not sure.
