i snooper rifle a guy in a tower at max zoom, he dies, the alarm sounds
THERE IS NOBODY AROUND EITHER OF US!? the stealth doesnt work anymore, i noticed in erlier missions that id stealth kill someone and then the whole castle is aware of me instantly

Open the map, it shows you a path to take, watch the enemies and go when they are turned away. It's simpler than it looks.
Which tower in particular?
If it's the one by the bridge, there are two guards patrolling below and an additional tower on higher ground that can see the bridge.
The enemy AI reacts to corpses and will raise the alarm.
