No limit.
Hardcore makes enemies ramp up health, speed and accuracy faster. Special types of AIs arrive faster too.
I reach Wave 35 in the Castle Keep, thanks to being the 4 perks dude and one of the perks being Ressurection Pro... What cheesed me off is, I died.... and turned invisible... but they kept ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shooting at me, including the flame thrower guy - and I died despite my ressurection pro being activated...
mind you, this was my 3rd time getting the RP perk during this particular play.... does it weaken or just not work after so many?
Though it would've taken awhile, I managed to get the upgraded Panzerfaust, and the upgraded Tesla, so had I been patient... my goal was to get to wave 50.
Oh well.
