Version 5.4 Key Rebinding Issues

I am one of the people that plays games with the arrow keys rather than with WASD. In version 5.4, I am not able to rebind certain things to what I had them set to before. Specifically KP_INS, KP_END, and KP_LEFTARROW do not do anything anymore and trying to rebind them to what I had them set to before doesn’t work. Manually editing the new realrtcw_binds.cfg file located at: “Users\Owner\Documents\RealRTCW\main” doesn’t fix it either. I tried resetting all the settings back to the defaults and I still can’t rebind those keys and they don’t work in game like they used to. Can you fix this bug? Thanks
