Go to "Store > your store > preferences", check the 3 and 4 boxes in "mature content filtering" in "community content".
At some point Valve implemented content filters that are hidden in most illogical place you can think of, and the content you are browsing is being filtered without a notice. Nothing happened to the mod itself.
