Bug with "Kept you waiting, huh" achievement

Like the title says. Upon starting the second level of the Fuel Dump mission I was in a truck that drove into the compound. When it came to a halt the end mission display showed, showing that I could not complete the mission because I had not completed any of the objectives. However, the achievement popped.
