Wondering if this is intended.
Transitioning into Forest Compound on separate playthroughs, I got the Snooper like 2 of 5 times. The other times, my starting weapons were the MP40, Thompson, Sten, and HDM. (Extra SMG compared to the alternative Malta loadout sometimes).
I just loaded Mission 3 on its own a couple times.
Got the Snooper once. Got the Sten and Thompson once.
I recall seeing different loadouts going into Ice Station Norway, too.
