Debris, Blood, bullet holes, bullet casings settings.

Debris, Blood, bullet casings is there a way to make them to stay longer? Like config files? Or commands that affect these?
I found that in-game settings don't affect them much, blood and bullet casings/holes are use to stay around minute then vanish. I Just like to see aftermath of battle.
