Waiting a moment before leaving cover so the squad can move together. I can keep up with a clear push. Four separate sprints are harder to support.
Calling out that you are falling back. Otherwise I am still watching the same doorway and wondering why it suddenly got very lonely.
Yes to that last one. A short call is enough. I would rather know the plan changed than hear an explanation after the whole squad is gone.
