Something I can portion and reheat properly. Trying to cook and play at the same time is how I end up doing both badly.

Eating before joining voice has been suggested to me. I find this level of organisation intimidating.
Honestly “cook first, join later” may be the advice I needed rather than a recipe. The server will survive without me for twenty minutes.
