[COD] I think CoD players just hate the game at this point

The same people who complained "CoD has just become a cash grab, it's always the same game" had 0 issue rebuying the ports for games they already owned (i have copies of both games on 360/ps3 to this day im sure lots of people do)

People who complained that omni movement ruined the speed of the game, now they complain the beta is too slow.

"it's all recycled maps" but at the same time "these new maps are ass"

"the game is just a cash grab" but also "why wouldn't i buy every p2w bundle"

The people saying "it's the same game every year" would probably have 0 issue rebuying the ports they just bought if they were released as remastered in 6 months

EVEN IF Activision fixed all player complaints, we'd still have to hear "how come this wasnt done X years ago"

My conclusion is that CoD players just can't be satisfied. if they fixed EVERYTHING besides SBMM, we'd still hear about how "unplayable" the game is

Tbf people didn't hate iw because it wasn't black ops people were just burnt out off jet pack games and iw was too similar to bo3

The people who complained about those two games hated on the repeated futuristic art direction (2012-2016 year on year), and the gambling pay2win micro-transaction systems.

infinite warfare flopped cus it was bo3 with an IW coat of paint. Advanced warfare was well liked until weapon variants got locked behind supply drops. Bo3 did.. quite well, but the criticisms were the same.

I haven’t bought a cod in 10 years bc I haven’t seen anything worth it to me. I have 6k hours in bo1 alone and only play SND on pc if they fixed the servers on bo1 and bo2 and patched rce on bo2 I would pay them 250$ for each game. Bo1 has a rank reset bug on pc and I’ve been to 14th and 15th prestige like 6 times the last decade.

Haters will always hate, and nerds will always be nerds activision profits $4k off every negative review what insensitive do they have to fix anything.
The one thing I love about cod is it is absolutely mindless sold on 15 min increments I don’t need to memorize or know where I am in the story line, no riddles to solve
No mining some unknown material so I can build my next gear no 3 hour mission that the only way to save is finish the mission. No I can jump on and into a match in less than 4 min I can fight the enemy for any amount of time I like and jump out I don’t even have to complete a match, or I can play for hours on end.

I mean mw3 was perfect and I would be happy if they just do mw3. But instead they made shit copy paste of two other shit cods. That’s why I refunded this shit

nostalgia plays a big part. madagascar (2005) for ps2 is one of my favorite games because i played it with my brother and mom as a kid, was it a perfect game? i dont think so. i think a lot of people intertwine the longing for childhood and the games they played then. games have been pretty much the same for a long time, you just miss your life from back then.
