my hot take is bo1 is the worst game from mw2-bo2. still a great game but its graphics and gunplay are worse than mw2, mw3, and bo2. and it has amazing maps but so do those 3. only mp of course its my fav zombies ever

Didn’t play it. MW2 was my first COD.
Graphics and gunplay definitely worse lol I’ll give you that but to me the pacing, maps, guns and killstreaks are about as close to perfection as u can get. I’ve never liked a game more

For about a few years I thought black ops 1 was the best overall. And then mw2 slowly and assertively took that throne. I feel the modern weapons, killstreaks, maps, cover system and sight lines played a huge role in its successful gunplay.
I always felt black ops games in general have alot less realistic materials lying around the maps. I don’t like getting stuck while moving around in mw2 but black ops maps always felt too clean and intentional compared to the chaotic and messiness of MW maps.
Bo1 is my favorite still play it everyday on pc to this day
