PS5 PRO Problems with Devs

I feel like this need to be discussed and especially adressed.
I have bought my PRO about a year ago and i love it, i have had zero problems regarding hardware.
But when it comes to software its another story..
I have had 3 seperate games that became unplayable right after a new patch drops, one of them became unplayable for more than a month before they fixed the problems.
On this case i managed to get in contact directly with the game devs, and they said and i quote: "We are waiting on the PS5 PRO Devkit, only then will we be able to adress the problems."
How do you make game, release new patches, and never bother to even check if it runs on the PRO model?
My friends on the base PS5 say the games are normal and without any issues.
Why is this normal practice? Why am i paying for a premium product, "top of the line" they say, and then having a worse experience than the base product?
I hate this.

When i seen games still weren't getting optimized for the pro i said fuck it and got base ps5, whole thing is a bit of a joke.

Rainbow 6 Siege, Battlefield 6, and CarX Street.
But i have had this problem on other games as well.

I assume it was not BF6 or Siege.

I feel like this is an issue with your setup.

What kind of tv/monitor are you using and what settings.

If you're trying to use the 120hz mode on a tv that doesn't support it it will look awful

If you don't have a 4k TV you won't be able to even see the resolution changes

None of those games are pro enhanced so you can’t expect much. Theres a reason games have that tag. I felt the same way when I tried robocop on my pro

CarX and Siege.
Siege only outputs 60fps instead of the regular 120, patch related problem already adresses by Ubisoft, still not fixed after more than a week.
Completely unplayable because im not going to downgrade my experience because of a glitch.
CarX had glitched sound in game for more than a month, you couldn't hear your car.
Completely unplayable because who wants to play a car game if you cannot hear your car.
It is now fixed after almost 2 months.

BF6 works perfectly fine on pro.

you probably have a defective console. Exchange it.

Its not about the "PRO Enhanced", the games get broken after new patches, thats got nothing to do with "PRO Enhanced".

60fps is not "completely unplayable" come on man
