Question

Hi,i just wanted to ask wtf happened to the counter strike ??? I played premier and they are some many cheaters i can't even count them.I don't really know what happened to this game but since CSGO got removed(actually the servers are back but matchmaking isn't really a thing now),this game got it's downfall.I don't classify myself as a bad player or a good one(been playing CSGO since august 2018) and source for 2-3 years before that,but i don't really find a good time by playing counter strike anymore.There isn't the fun I was having some time ago where i could get on a competitive with my friends on discord without tryharders or cheaters(i don't say cheaters because i'm too noob to play,they have low trust score and obvious wall bangs),now i find it more as a must.This is my opinion,but Valve did a great job at graphics but they aren't the most relevant thing to counter strike and since the reload mag update i can only say that they're destroying the game.I don't know what to play to get the fun again because cs source has (80% russian servers with deathmatch and most of them are bots),CSGO is now with fan made servers,and cs2 is destroyed.Can you relate?

It's a mess right now, you're not imagining it. The cheating situation feels worse because the player base got split across three different versions of the game and the anti-cheat hasn't kept up at all. I've been playing just as long and the vibe shifted hard from "let's queue up and have some laughs" to this sweaty, suspicious grind where you're side-eyeing half the lobby.
