Everything older than about 3-5 years is chock full of hackers.
1 and 2 on PC are dedicated servers and so it depends on the server. 1 and 2 on Xbox are basically dead, but no one bothers hacking. Unsure about cod 1 on PS3. But PC is your best bet.
Cold war is six and doesnt have that many cheaters.
