[Online][D&D 5e 2014][20+][Beginner Friendly][One-Shot] First-Time DM Running The Cats’ Mother — 4 Players Wanted!

Hello! I’m a first-time DM looking for four players for a very beginner-friendly D&D 5e one-shot called The Cats’ Mother. No previous D&D or Foundry experience is required, and I’ll be happy to explain the rules and help everyone learn as we play.

About me:
I’m 25F, and I love reading and watching documentaries. I’ve been playing D&D in a campaign for about four months and have really enjoyed the storytelling, teamwork, and creativity. I wanted to play more, but I couldn’t find another group, so I decided to step outside my comfort zone and try DMing.
This will be my first time as a DM, so I want to be upfront that I’m still learning and the game may not run perfectly. I may occasionally need to pause to check a rule, work through something unexpected, or handle a technical issue. I’m excited to try, learn from the experience, and develop the skills to become a better DM in the future.
If I enjoy DMing, I hope to run more one-shots and potentially start a Lost Mine of Phandelver campaign. It would be great to meet players who might be interested in future games, but there is no commitment beyond this one-shot.

Adventure summary:
You have been hired as bodyguards for a conservationist working in the frozen north. A rare saber-toothed tiger is expected to give birth, and your party must cross the dangerous arctic wilderness to protect her and her cubs. Along the way, you’ll face environmental challenges, make difficult choices, rescue endangered wildlife, and confront poachers determined to claim their prize.
The adventure features exploration, skill challenges, roleplay, moral decisions, and combat. Your choices can lead to different outcomes.

Time: 5:00–9:00 p.m. EST
Expected length: Approximately 2½–3 hours
Time block: Please keep all four hours available in case the game runs long or we experience technical difficulties

Cost: Free—players do not need to purchase Foundry
Requirements: A reliable microphone, Discord, and a computer capable of running Foundry

This adventure includes endangered animals in danger, poaching, animal traps, and the possibility of animals being harmed. Nothing will be described graphically.
