Yesterday I had the worst gut feeling about things going too well, surely something is gonna go bust. Well, tonight I heard mice in my freshly built house for the first time ever and also my car broke down. Anyone else having shitty day?

Where do you live? In in some places it's unavoidable. We lived in New england, and you would get them in the spring when they were having babies, and then you'd get them in the winter when it was cold outside. It didn't matter what kind of house you had. Just get pest control, and make sure all the holes are sealed up. It's less common in concrete houses than wood.
Are the mice eating the insulation off your cars wiring?
So you’re telling me the mice committed vehicular sabotage? That's just bullocks! Do you have any irrefutable evidence, or is this just a hate crime against Jerry and Fievel?
During an AA speaker meeting last week the speaker talked about a massive gambling addiction they had along side alcohol. I decided not to buy my weekly Powerball ticket lest it become a slippery slope.
Had I played my numbers, I would have won $200 (power ball +3 and power play).
Also having a shitty day. I woke up with a cold. And my cat's health is declining (ive known for a couple weeks). This past week i also sprained my ankle on top of an already injured shoulder
My lawnmower died in June. My husband bought a new one on June 8th. It broke by June 15th. Replaced that one and the replacement broke yesterday.
No biggie except the cashier that did the exchange itsy did it as a return of cash then a mower with no name or phone number so they couldn't find it.
Tom q good 30 minutes for someone to figure it out. Ended up going electric for the 4th mower of the year.
We have a small house built in the 80s and we’ve just started having unwanted guests in the house. Last month it was 2 snakes at different times, mice that ate through two mattresses, and wood roaches. We live next to a forested area and we just deal with it. Had to buy new mattresses yesterday.
Cleaning up after two mice went rampant in my home office/workshop. Bucket trap works great and the feral cats love me.
I bought a 40 volt ryobi mower about 4 years ago and have had great luck with it. I got tired of fixing my gas mower
Plug up any possible holes to the outside with chunks of steel wool.
I'd much rather have the mice in my car instead of my roof 😅😅
Hugs 🤗
