Skip the chocolate chip ones, but Ghirardelli are the best boxed brownies. This is not subject to IMHO.

Sweet Street I believe is a Sysco brand.
Unfortunately, Sysco brownies don't seem to look like that!
They do sell big box Ghirardelli at warehouses
