Thoughts on the Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker?

I’m looking to get a slow cooker and like the idea of how I can sear meats and then put everything together. Does anyone have a ninja foodi and would recommend?

I have had one for a year or two, i love it. I primarily use it fir proofing dough, but the slowcooker works well. Super easy to clean too

I have had mine a few years , I sear the meat and onions etc and then put everything in for slow cooking.

However be careful you don’t have a brain fart and leave it on sear when everything is in ….

I suspect there are different models of the Foodi, but I use mine a lot, but for air frying and the pressure cooker. It is my mst used appliance

I’ve seen that one too, I’ve always thought about pressure cooking. How do you find it?

The bread sounds interesting, I like that it’s not it’s a slow cooker. Does it come out well?

The searing is the main reason I want it along with slow cooking. Keeps it all in one vessel and makes for an easy clean up I’m hoping

Life changing piece if equipment. I have both a possiblecooker and XL indoor grill and both get used as much if not more than my actual stove.

Not OP but I have a Ninja Foodi multicooker, and its still going strong 6 years on. I have replaced the air fryer basket and inner tub due to wear and tear / non stick coating wearing off but thats because I use it pretty much every day and then wash in the dishwasher.

This time of year the pressure cooker comes into more use as it start to do stews and soups. This week I've pressure cooked a piece of ham (then roasted in the air fryer in a honey and mustard glaze) and made french onion soup (used the pressure cooker to quickly caramelise the onions). The air fryer component has done the usual stuff - reheating croissants and pastries for breakfast, frozen sides like egg rolls and fries, and I've even batch cooked a load of hard boiled eggs on the oven setting. It uses barely any energy, its one of those devices that if it broke today, I'd be straight onto Amazon for a replacement tomorrow.

How’s the indoor grill?

The pressure cooker sounds great. I’ve seen videos of people using it for stock and such to make it quickly and it’s always intrigued me

So many things that you wouldn't necessarily think of can utilise pressure cooking. For a quick and easy dinner I use it to make a risotto as the pressure helps to break apart the starches that normally happens from constant stirring. Shredded chicken is another; great for meal prep or use in different dishes throughout the week.

It is great if you are cooking for 1-3 people. (It does not have the capacity of a conventional grill.) Lots of presets that make for an easy cooking experience. Easy clean up as well!
