With DLSS 5 mod + DLAA and frame gen x2, my fps are b/w 50-60 fps. With Image quality it jumps upto 80. 4k resolution, RTX and other settings Ultra. No Path Tracing.

Have you tried turning it off? Its going to explicitly decimate your frames to make it 'realistic'. Not much you can do outside of that.
Are you trying to enable the flame gen on you PC ?
Just get another 5090 for DLSS 5 processing only. If you can afford one 5090, chances are you can comfortably afford another one.
That’s how I played Zero Company, given current mods are applying the neural filter on the final resolution, it gets extremely expensive.
DLAA, framegen x2, DLSS5, I was about 70fps+ for the entire game.

Oh ok. Well I have WireView Pro II. With some under volt. My power consumption is under 560w.
