(BF6) Is there a bug rn w/ who shows up on the screen as a medic when im down?

Been noticing when playing, that after i get downed, people who aren't support class have a Medic icon over them.. How come?

I notice engineers (cause they have a backpack with rockets) have it.

Sometimes it shows everyone around me is a medic...
