Just get it, unless you want to grind specialist and weapon unlocks everybody else is using.
Not any value was a valid criticism at the 30 dollars they asked for when it came out, when most people playing had those unlocks.
Don't let anyone shame you for caring about where your money goes even if it's a small amount one by one it eventually adds up, but yes the elite is worth it.
its only 3 skins extra, you get the vehicles in game anyway... so its up to you
