I'm in desperate search of a map I used to play on...

I believe the map name was something along the lines of "Cloud Nine" but I can't find a damn thing under that name. It's a map in blue skies that had a small city like layout and was a highly functional deathmatch map. Please help me. I'm dyin' to play on that map again.

I went through the entire deathmatch map database on http://lvlworld.com/dm/229 .... only 229 pages.

That was the only one that fit your description of a blue sky and a small city :)
