Game isn't how I remembered it

Hi there,
I bought Q3A on Steam today to experience the nostalgia, and it's truly awesome but there seem to be a couple of differences from what I remember.

I thought that after you beat Sarge on single player you got a cinematic of him saluting the player and then limping off. In the same style as the ending cinematic with Xaero. Am I just imagining that?

Also I could have sworn that level two had a female opponent who ran around and rarely fought back.

Is there a different version of Q3A which is like that?

Yeah none of that sounds familiar to me, either.

Just found this comment on YouTube:

"does anybody remember... in the demo version wen you complete the game you see a sarge cinematic where he wiggles in shoulder in somewhat of a salute n walks away... then the credits roll... its a badly rendered cinematic though..."

So maybe I was playing the demo version or something. My friend gave it to me on a CD-R after all XD.

Hey, just came across this. For what it's worth, that cinematic of Sarge is there in the pak files with the full version, I just don't think there's any way of seeing it through the game.

Unzip baseq3/pak0.pk3 (it's just a zip file), and look in the video folder. The cinematic of Sarge is called 'demoEnd.RoQ'. VLC can play it.
