F|A is probably the only constantly populated one and is a good mix of noobs and veterans
Yes I would definitely suggest =F|A= RECRUITINGXPS (jaymod) it’s a USA server but it stays populated nearly 24/7
If your into less populated (because the above mention is usually 40/60 players) you can do =F|A=beginners silent servers 1 and 2. 1 is located in USA and 2 is eu.
The OF clan also has a pretty good Silent server as well that is typically populated as well during evening USA hours
