"hey BJ we got like 8 different guns to choose from! And you can dual wield separate guns! Ain't that neat?" No, I don't care. Just get me a sturmgewehr with the works. "What about close range?" That's what firing from the hip is for. "What about big enemies? Wouldn't you rather have an explosive?" No fuck you, that's what the armor piercing and dual wield is for. "What about a group of enemies, don't you want to take them out quickly?" Learn to pop heads and git gud.

This probably speaks to really poor balance and weapon design but I only used the laserkraft (charge shot) when I was getting the drop on the real big enemies, the machinpistole during stealth, and the other weapons basically never. Battle Rifle for life

Beside spy stealth pistols, weapons are kind of futuristic, but often unusable. Dual wielding looks like stolen rpg element

Before reboots weapons were ww2 true plus advanced secret weapons found. So I would argue a bit broken immersion.
