How to install the config pack (for new server hosts)

• Unpack into etmain
• Edit passwords in etl_server.cfg
• Start: etlded +exec etl_server.cfg
• Map cycles are the objectivecycle / mapvotecycle files

Step 2 is the one people skip - you have to exec etl_server.cfg on launch, not just drop files.

And change every password in those files. Upstream samples are public.
